Who typically sells houses to Blue Moon Realty Group? 

That’s one of the top questions we get. People sell their houses to us for a variety of reasons including:

        Needing to sell inherited property quickly

What type of house are we looking for? 

This is one of the questions we’re asked all the time. So we actually came up with a few examples. In our definition, we take it beyond just a house that is in poor condition or is visually unattractive.

How does the process work to sell my house?

After you contact us, one of our real estate solutions specialists will contact you shortly (usually within 24 hours). In some situations, we will need to gather additional information after we speak. We will research your property and discuss all the details with you. We may be able to make you an offer right over the phone or in most cases we will schedule a time with you to view the property and make you an offer. 

What sort of houses do you buy?

We buy houses in any condition, in any area, in any price range, in any situation. We will buy your house as-is, you don’t need to do ANY repairs.

Do you buy townhouses and condos as well?

Yes, we buy townhouses and condos. To go ahead and answer another of the common, we also buy duplexes, multi-tenant buildings and even some commercial properties as well.

Will you buy a mobile home?

No, whether tied down or on a fixed foundation, we don’t buy mobile homes of any kind.

What do you mean “any condition, area, price range, or situation”?

Whether your house is in foreclosure, over-leveraged, condemned, has liens or health department violations, not maintained, burned damaged or about to fall down WE CAN BUY IT.  

Will you pay market value for my house?

After answering your questions and evaluating the condition of your house, we will make a fair, no-obligation all cash offer on your house discounted from the expected retail value after a full renovation. We will buy your house, but only at a price below market value so it can resell after renovations for a profit. However, we will pay cash for your house, take care of normal closing costs and close quickly so you can move on fast. These are conveniences that all add up to a great deal for just about any homeowner.

Am I under any obligation to sell my home at any point?

No! There is no obligation on your side. We will simply review the information, make you an offer and you choose to accept or reject it, totally your choice.

Is my information kept confidential?

If I know of another property your company may want to buy, do you pay a referral fee?

YES! Maybe there is a vacant house on your street or you know someone who needs and wants to sell their home, please refer them to us. Better yet, provide us their information and we will do all the research and make an offer. In some cases we will pay you up to $1,000 for any referral which results in our group purchasing the property. Contact us directly to discuss the terms.
